Credit card 
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
When paying by credit card, the amount is reserved on your credit card (so-called authorisation). The amount on your credit card will be debited when the Biohort shop confirms acceptance of your order.
The entry and checking of your card details are carried out via the Unzer payment platform. Your data are protected by state-of-the-art security standards (SSL encryption).
When paying with MasterCard or VISA, you will also be asked to enter your 3D-Secure password. Please contact your credit card provider directly if you have any questions about the 3D-Secure procedure or have forgotten your password.
If you have any problems with the credit card payment, please try to make the payment using another browser or on another device.
PayPal 
You can pay easily, securely and quickly with PayPal. You must create a PayPal account in advance and enter your credit card or bank account details. You can then pay with your email address and password. You no longer have to enter any sensitive bank or credit card data.
If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process.

SEPA direct debit
SEPA direct debit is a payment option up to an order value of €10,000. We collect the invoice amount from your bank account. Thanks to real-time confirmation of the payment, your order can be shipped immediately, similar to credit card payments. Please note that you cannot state a different delivery address with this payment method.
Pre-payment
You will receive all of the information you need to transfer the total amount of your order to our account with your order confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account below within 7 days. Your goods will be shipped as quickly as possible once the total amount has been credited to our account.
