Shipping information on assembled boxes

Please note the following points when purchasing assembled boxes in the Biohort shop:

• Assembled boxes can currently be shipped only to Austria and Germany.
• The LeisureTime Box can only be shipped pre-assembled in sizes 130 and 160.
• The transport service provider delivers the goods kerbside. You must then arrange to take them into the building or garden.
• The product is packed on a single-use wooden pallet including the outer box (see picture below). The product is adequately secured for transport with fleece, edge protection and plastic film underneath the box. Please note that you retain the packaging and are responsible for its disposal.
• You must assemble any accessories ordered at the same time yourself.
