The optimum foundation is a reinforced concrete base in a gravel bed, which is also expensive. With this foundation solution, you must also ensure that no water from the ground can penetrate into the tool shed. The ideal design for this is a stepped foundation with all-round steps of 2 cm x 7 cm. As an alternative to a stepped concrete foundation, a concrete foundation with a completely smooth surface can also be poured. The aluminum base frame, available as an accessory, makes it easier to compensate for uneven floors. The aluminum base frame allows the aluminum base plate to be used in addition to underlay XPS panels (these are not included in the scope of delivery).
Another option for building tool sheds on uneven ground is a prefabricated concrete base in combination with an aluminum floor frame.
Paving stones laid in a bed of gravel can be a good solution. In any case, we recommend using the aluminum floor frame.
With the help of the aluminum floor frame, you can also attach the shed to uneven ground (the ground anchor is also included). The aluminum base plate serves as a functional floor and can be covered with XPS panels (these are not included).
