If you notice any irregularities, be sure to note them on the carrier's delivery receipt, or in the digital signature field ("goods damaged", "damaged", "box missing").
The driver must give you sufficient time to do this and must confirm the complaint with a signature (incl. lorry registration number).
Please also accept damaged packages!

You will receive telephone notification from our shipping company approximately 2-3 days before the actual delivery to inform you of the exact delivery date. Please ensure that, when placing your order, you provide your e-mail address & telephone number we can use to contact you during the day. Please ensure that you leave enough room for the delivery, depending on the size of product ordered.
We offer free kerbside delivery in Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Great Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Hungary and Norway. An island surcharge is applied for delivery to some islands. Please enquire about this at office@biohort.at.
We recommend that the boxes are carried by at least two people, depending on the size and weight of the boxes.
Please note that the delivery driver is not obliged to carry the goods to your desired storage location or assembly site.
Our products are intended for self-assembly and are packed and delivered in individual parts. Depending on the products, the parts are packed in one or more sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes that are clearly labelled on the outside. Additional protection in the form of wooden slats, polystyrene and plastic fleece material is provided for sensitive parts. Orders containing more than nine boxes are partly shipped with additional packaging in the form of wooden crates. The customer is responsible for disposing of all of the packaging material.
Depending on size, the boxes are fitted with handles or recessed grips. We recommend that at least two persons carry the boxes due to their size and weight.
One single box can weigh up to 73 kg depending on the product.
If you do not unpack your Biohort product immediately, please ensure that the packages are stored in a dry place. Should the boxes get wet or damp, we can accept no liability for any subsequent damage to the goods.
The boxes should be stored horizontally on a continuous, supporting surface.
A pair of scissors and a pre-marked cut line appear on the boxes, indicating where the box can be opened with a utility knife. Please lift the individual components from the packaging with care (do not drag them!).
The SmartBase or SmartBasePLUS is a complete solution comprising adjustable feet or ground screws, a special frame and aluminium floor boards. The optional aluminium floor frame is no longer required in this instance and does not need to be fitted. The optional aluminium floor panels are also replaced by the aluminium floor boards.
The SmartBase Foundation is the ideal foundation for uneven concrete or paved areas. It consists of high-quality aluminium floor boards, a special foundation frame and height-adjustable feet.
Original soil is required for the SmartBasePLUS. It is also important to ensure that the soil is free from large stones, pipes and coarse roots. Test holes should preferably be drilled in advance (e.g. using an iron rod at least 60 cm long).
The aluminium boards of the SmartBase foundations can withstand loads of up to 200 kg/m².
The installation of a vapour barrier (= a water-impermeable plastic film with a minimum thickness of 150 µ) is highly recommended, as it protects against rising ground moisture. It is important to ensure that the membrane is not larger than the storage shed surface area. Please refer to our foundation tips for further details. .
If you have not yet considered incorporating a vapour barrier in the foundation, it can also be retrofitted inside the shed using the aluminium floor frame: Spread out the vapour barrier and pull it slightly up the side on the aluminium floor frame. Then lay the XPS hard foam panels on top followed by the aluminium floor panels (or another suitable floor). Finally, trim the protruding membrane to lie flush with the upper edge of the aluminium floor frame.
The recommended foundation dimensions can be found in the technical data for the respective product. If you are erecting a new concrete or point foundation, please refer to our concrete foundation plans and point foundation plans.
Please refer to our foundation tips for the concrete foundation plans and point foundation plans.
A foundation must be erected for the Storage Sheds, Equipment Locker and the MiniGarage. Please refer to our foundation tips.
A level, solid hard surface is required for the WoodStock, StoreMax and HighBoard products as well as for the Romeo Patio Locker. These products must be anchored to this hard surface with the screws and dowels supplied.
The outdoor boxes (LeisureTime Box, LoungeBox and StyleBox) must also be installed on a level, solid surface. These products do not need to be secured to the ground.
The Raised Vegetable Bed, Belvedere Planting Bed, DaVinci and MonAmi Composter can be installed on all level surfaces.
The various foundation options are described in detail in our foundation tips.
Biohort products must be installed on an absolutely level surface. There must be no incline. Various suitable foundation options are available. Click here for our foundation design tips.
The fastening material (screws and dowels) is supplied. Biohort cannot accept any liability for damage caused by insufficiently secured products.
A floor frame is required in the following situations: Point foundation, inadequate* concrete slab, paved or concrete foundation without step.
The floor frame provides a continuous bearing surface for the floor profile (joints, coarse subsoil) and makes it easier to incorporate the sealing joint.
*inadequate: minimally uneven, coarse subsoil

No specific specialist skills are required for assembly. A detailed assembly manual is supplied with our products. You can download the assembly manual in advance from our website.
Specific socket and open-ended spanners are supplied. The following additional tools and aids are required or could be useful:
To avoid scratches, please also ensure that a suitable support surface is used for assembly.
As the Garden sheds and the equipment locker should be sealed on the surface that meets the foundation, we recommend a suitable sealant. This silicone-like compound should be acid-free and suitable for outdoor use.
This depends on a few factors:
Because we have years of experience, however, we can give guideline values. Please note that these estimates relate purely to the time taken for the work. Please read the assembly manual beforehand, including all notices.

At least two people are needed to assemble the Biohort products.
The detailed product assembly manual is supplied. This can also be downloaded from our website.
Check the delivered goods for completeness (size, colour, number) and possible damage. Ensure that you have enough space (at least 70 cm around the foundation) and helpers to assist with the assembly. You are advised to read the assembly manual in advance.
Biohort has certified independent Assembly Partners. You can find the Assembly Partner covering your area and the guide prices here. You can contact them directly or (for Austria and Germany) book the assembly appointment in our online shop. The assembly terms and conditions for any assembly appointment booked in our online shop can be found here.
An even, level hard surface is essential for successful assembly. Leave a space of at least 70 cm all around the assembly area. Please open the boxes as noted on the boxes themselves. Should any parts be damaged, do not fit them, but inform customer services immediately, enclosing photos.
Please place the individual parts on suitable surfaces/supports to avoid scratches. Wear gloves during assembly - some parts may have sharp edges.
Sealants are available from various manufacturers. It is important to ensure that they are suitable for outdoor use and do not attack the metal parts (acid-free). Appropriate products are available from builders' merchants. The sealant can be used to seal the foundation depending on the hard surface. Please refer to our foundation tips.
The sealant is used to seal the bearing surface of the floor profile (or floor frame) and foundation to prevent rainwater seeping into the garden shed. See our foundation tips for more detailed information.
The foundation must be absolutely level for the successful assembly of our products.
With the Biohort SmartBasePLUS foundation for slopes and lawns, it is possible to compensate for a slope of 15 cm. Extension sets for the ground screws can also be provided on request, to achieve compensation of max. 55 cm overall.
Please note that with this foundation, only one side of the shed can be raised. The foundation screws are not suitable for raising the entire shed.
On a firm surface, the SmartBase can compensate for a slope of up to 4 cm.
See our Foundation Tips for more detailed information.
Safety advice for each product can be found on the opening pages of the assembly manual.
Basically:
Keep all small parts or packaging materials supplied away from small children during assembly. Some components have sharp edges or protrude. This should be borne in mind when assembling the product and during daily use. Gloves are included and can be used if necessary.
Note that relatively high temperatures may develop in the garden shed (heat generation similar to that in a car). Find out the storage conditions for the products stored in the garden shed from the respective manufacturers.
BikeLift:
The aluminium rail must be examined before use to check that it is dry.
Other people should also be prevented from standing in the danger area when you are using it. Children may only use the BikeLift under adult supervision.
Biohort products are Faraday cages, meaning that lightning protection is not required. The Faraday cage is an enclosure comprising an electrical conductor (e.g. wire mesh or sheet metal) that is closed on all sides and acts as an electrical shield. In the event of external static or quasi-static electrical fields, the inner section remains unaffected because of the shield effect.
For precise safety instructions (regarding the use of the shed during thunderstorms), please consult a qualified electrician.
The roof of the garden sheds is designed to withstand a max. snow load of 150 kg/m² (CasaNova 215 kg/m²). However, roof avalanches can cause damage to the roof.
Our correctly assembled and properly anchored garden sheds are successfully tested in a wind tunnel at wind speeds of up to 150 km/h.
Please make sure that they are properly anchored to the ground. Biohort cannot accept any liability for damage caused by insufficiently secured products, or lids/doors that are not locked.
The Biohort storage solutions are all lockable and are therefore classed as "lockable containers" for insurance purposes. The Panorama, HighLine, AvantGarde and Neo Storage Sheds as well as the CasaNova Outbuilding are the most secure against burglary.
What is classed as burglary?
A burglary is theft accompanied by break-in. This occurs when the perpetrator gains access to insured premises by using force, tools, unlawfully produced keys or keys previously taken from another insured premises by burglary or robbery in order to steal insured items. A burglary also occurs if the perpetrator enters or creeps into insured premises by overcoming difficult obstacles or gains entry through openings not intended for access. Finally, entry into locked containers and the theft of items contained therein also constitutes burglary.
Biohort products need very little care due to the high-quality materials used and careful workmanship. Simply lubricate the lock and hinges every year and regularly clean the StoreMax sliding rails or treat them with silicone spray. In the event of soiling due to weather and environmental conditions, clean using just water and the Biohort CleanLine Universal Cleaner. A high-pressure cleaner can also be used (maintain a distance of at least 10 cm between the lance and the lacquer. Do not use a steam cleaner. Max. pressure approximately 80 bar). To preserve the lacquer surface, we recommend Biohort CleanLine Preservation, which provides the lacquer surface with optimum protection against weather and environmental conditions.
The gutter should be cleaned several times a year, to ensure optimum drainage. If the gutter is blocked, it may overflow. No liability can be accepted for any resultant damage.
IMPORTANT: Sea air/ambient air containing salt water and/or salt, aggressive and abrasive cleaning agents, road salt, fertilisers, fresh concrete, screed materials and other chemical substances (never store this type of product in the open) can attack the lacquer and zinc surface, thereby leading to corrosion. Warranty claims are no longer valid in such cases.
We recommend that you clean the affected areas with a limescale remover. Make sure that it is compatible with metal and paint. Ask your local building materials or garden centre for advice. Alternatively, you can also use a mild car shampoo, as this generally achieves very good cleaning results. However, do not use any aggressive, abrasive cleaning agents or vinegar cleaners, as these could damage the coating.
On all magnetic elements inside the garden shed (e.g. on the roof beams).
The LED light is attached using a magnetic strip.
The screw size for this is minimally variable. The size of the sheet metal screws should range from 3.2 to 3.9 mm. The holes for inserting cables are 22 mm in diameter.
Garden sheds | max. 6 pcs. |
MiniGarage | max. 6 pcs. |
HighBoard 200 | max. 4 pcs. |
Commercially available surface-mounted sockets/switches are used.
During the winter, it can generally be assumed that the temperature inside the product will equate to the outside temperature as there is no insulation.
Biohort products can heat up on exposure to prolonged sunlight in the same way as cars. Regular ventilation is required in this respect in order to regulate the temperature.
Biohort products do not emit any sounds on exposure to cold and heat as the steel plate has a very low material expansion coefficient (considerably lower than aluminium, plastic or concrete, etc.).
Only products with a door handle (Neo/HighLine/AvantGarde/Panorama) can be incorporated into a keyed alike system or replaced with a new cylinder lock. The cylinder for the mortise lock is 54 mm long with a central division (27 mm each).
The tool hangers have a max. load-bearing capacity of 10 kg.
The shelves have a max. load-bearing capacity of 15 kg and the support rails 100 kg.
All accessories fitted inside the garden sheds or boxes can easily be retrofitted.
Biohort products are subject to the DIN 4102 standard and are classified according to building material rating A1 under products without combustible components.
Biohort products can withstand the following surface loads when applied evenly:
Highline, Panorama, AvantGarde, Neo and Europa Garden Sheds, MiniGarage, Woodstock and Equipment Locker: 150 kg/m²
CasaNova: 215 kg/m²
StoreMax: 100 kg/m²

The external, internal and foundation dimensions can be found either in the last few pages of the Biohort brochure (technical details) or online. To view this data, click on the desired product on the Biohort website and then go to technical details. You can also download the respective submission plan and foundation plan.
ATTENTION: The exterior dimensions always include the roof overhang and the height shown is the highest point of the product.
No rainwater downpipe is provided or required for the Equipment Locker and MiniGarage. The inner roof supports contain a polystyrene insert that curves upwards such that the roof is slightly curved. This allows the water to run off evenly on all sides.
The BikeHolder bicycle holder can be used with all garden sheds, the 230 Equipment Locker, possibly the 150 & 190 Equipment Locker (depending on the length of the bicycle - 150: max. 130 cm, 190: max. 170 cm), the StoreMax 190 and the HighBoard 200.
The BikeHolder is a horizontal base plate with bicycle clamping brackets. Bicycles can be placed in these clamping brackets. The base plate is hooked into the support rails of the Garden Shed/Equipment Locker (two rails are supplied as standard and further support rails are available as options).
Two supports rails are supplied with the BikeHolder for the StoreMax 190. For the HighBoard 200, no support rails are used for the BikeHolder - the base plate is attached to the side wall.
Biohort uses only the best material for all its products. Biohort products are made from high-quality, galvanised, polyamide enamel coated steel from Austria and Germany. Premium car manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Audi have relied on the high quality of these renowned steel producers for years. This is the reason why we can offer our customers a 20-year guarantee against corrosion with a clear conscience. Individual components are made from aluminium.
Biohort products are rainwater-proof.
Passive ventilation is provided for in our Biohort products, except for the CasaNova Outbuilding. In this case, the acrylic glass panel can be opened on two sides for ventilation purposes. ATTENTION: This sliding function is not included in the double version of the acrylic glass skylight, which is available as an option.
During assembly, make sure that a vapour barrier is installed to prevent rising soil moisture (see foundation design). In the case of high humidity and large temperature fluctuations, condensation can nevertheless form on the inside of the roof overnight. This is due to physical reasons, but can be avoided by insulating the inside of the roof with polystyrene panels/XPS hard foam panels (thickness: 2 cm for Europa and AvantGarde; 3 cm for HighLine, Panorama, Equipment Locker and MiniGarage). These panels are available from all builders' merchants. Garden sheds in the AvantGarde, Panorama and HighLine series are designed for interior roof insulation as are the Equipment Locker and the MiniGarage. We are pleased to provide fixing material for the Europa model. Please write to us at customerservice.gb@biohort.com.
As with other outdoor items (garden furniture, window ledges, etc.), there is also a certain amount of noise in garden sheds when it rains. How aware you are of this is heavily dependent on personal perception, however, and can vary.
You can insulate our garden sheds to deaden the noise. Garden sheds in the AvantGarde, Panorama and HighLine series are designed for interior roof insulation. Fixing material can be supplied for garden sheds in the Europa series. Please complete the spare part request form here on our website. Our customer service will then contact you and prepare a quote, as necessary.
Our tip: You are welcome to visit the showrooms of our retail partners and get an idea of what our products look like.
The products can be installed on a roof terrace if building regulations are met.
IMPORTANT:Ensure that products are anchored securely in case of stormy weather (fixing material supplied). Biohort cannot accept any liability for damage caused by insufficiently secured products.
The Garden Sheds and Equipment Locker are designed to be free-standing (secured to a hard surface). We can provide the appropriate wall mounting parts for the Equipment Locker and the Europa Garden Shed on request (already supplied with Europa size 2A and 4A). We recommend additional fastening to the floor despite attachment to the wall.
The Romeo Patio Locker has perforated holes at the rear - hence it can be fastened to a wall as well as the floor.
There is no wall fastening for the HighLine, AvantGarde and Panorama Garden Sheds.
Please note that we accept no liability for inadequate fastening.
Biohort products are not designed to house animals.
Biohort products are designed as storage solutions. Insulating panels can be fitted to the inside of the roof of the Garden Sheds/Equipment Locker/MiniGarage, if required. The AvantGarde, Panorama and HighLine Garden Sheds are designed for roof insulation, as are the Equipment Locker and MiniGarage. Fixing material for roof insulation can be supplied with garden sheds in the Europa series. Please write to us at customerservice.gb@biohort.com.
The Romeo Patio Locker is fitted with a reinforced roof plate, which is mounted without a roof support. Roof insulation is not feasible in this situation.
Europa Garden Shed series | up to 180° (depending on the door position and optional rainwater downpipe) |
Garden sheds in the Neo, AvantGarde, HighLine and Panorama series | 90° or 115° (can vary depending on the position of the gas spring) |
Equipment Locker | up to 180 ° |
Romeo Patio Locker | 90°, 115° or 135° (depending on the choice of the gas spring position) |
A 100% level foundation is required in order to ensure optimal door adjustment. The side walls of the shed must be aligned so that they are not warped and the door cannot get stuck.
Lift/lower the door:
The hinges on the door frame are screwed into holes with a little play. This allows the hinges to be moved up/down and adjusted as required. In order to do this, the hinge retaining screws must be loosened once again and the hinge parts moved accordingly. This allows the door panel to be adjusted.
Move the door to the left/right:
To do this, please loosen the screw connections on the front (bottom and top profile), adjust the doors correctly (to the left or right) and retighten the screw connections. The door gap should be approximately 4-6 mm wide.
The optional aluminium floor frame can also be retrofitted with a little extra time and effort.
The hinge for the Europa Garden Shed, Equipment Locker and WoodStock can be chosen during assembly. A left-sided hinge can be ordered for the standard door on request and at additional cost for the AvantGarde, Panorama and Highline Garden Sheds (stainless steel door handle).
The door opening cannot be changed on the Neo Garden Shed, the MiniGarage and the Romeo Patio Locker.

With the optional BikeMax bicycle holder, one to two bicycles with a 24" rim diameter or maximum length of 175 cm can be stored in the Equipment Locker. One BikeMax can be mounted on each side wall (sizes 150, 190 and 230). Only one BikeMax can be used with Equipment Locker 90 (however, the remaining usable space for storing other items is relatively small).
The BikeHolder bicycle stand is not recommended for the equipment locker, as it can only be used with size 230 and possibly with size 190 and 150 (depending on the bicycle length: max. 170 cm with size 190 / max. 130 cm with size 150). However, with both equipment lockers there would then hardly be any remaining floor space.
The BikeMax bike holder can be installed in the Biohort Garden Sheds/Equipment Locker (plug-in system). Both bicycles with narrow tyres and mountain bikes can be stored safely thanks to the V-shaped groove in the fastening profile. The bicycle is suspended from the front rim. The wheel's centre of gravity is thus far enough away from the suspension point to allow the bike to centre itself and not fall over. The lateral distance between the bicycle holder and the wall should range from 30 to 40 cm (depending on the width of the handlebars).
If several bicycles holders are installed next to each other, a distance of approximately 55 to 60 cm is appropriate. A different distance can, of course, be selected. If the bicycles are hung at different heights, the distance between the bicycle holders can be reduced to 30 to 40 cm, thus saving space. In order to do this, mount the suspension bracket alternately on the upper and lower group of holes on the guide rail.
The mounting dimensions supplied are approximate values. The local conditions and bicycle sizes must be taken into account during installation. If the distance between the bicycle holders is too small, it will not be as easy to suspend and remove the bicycles as it would be with a larger distance.
The optional aluminium floor frame (= 40 x 40 mm tube-shaped aluminium frame) is an ideal addition, regardless of the type of foundation chosen. The floor frame is required with a gravel base, concrete slabs/paving as well as with a point or strip foundation. The floor frame is not mandatory with a smooth, level concrete foundation (without step). It is, however, recommended as it facilitates sealing or application of the sealing joint.
EXCEPTIONS: The aluminium floor frame cannot be used in conjunction with the SmartBase foundations and with the concrete foundation with lateral graduation (stepped border or water barrier). See the foundation tips for further information.
The optional aluminium floor panel (= 2 mm chequer plate) can only be used in conjunction with the optional aluminium floor frame. Please note that the aluminium floor panel must be fully lined with a 2-3 cm thick XPS hard foam panel. The hard foam panels are not supplied but are available from builders' merchants.
The intermediate floor is included among the items supplied for DaVinci. The planter insert is available as an optional accessory.
Yes, retrofitting is possible here. The Privacy Screen and Trellis can be ordered directly from our online shop, or from one of our retail partners.
There is a risk of tipping over in storms and strong winds, so professional anchoring is necessary. To allow anchoring, mounting brackets are supplied with the connecting or end uprights.
No, these two items are not compatible with the DaVinci.
Yes you can. Please complete the spare part request form on our website. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible and prepare a quote, as necessary.
No support rails are required to assemble the shelves in the Neo garden shed. The shelves are attached to the side wall suspension devices. This is also possible if interior panelling and insulation are used.
The insulation and the gap between the electric assembly panel and the side wall are both 40 mm wide. To use the electric assembly panel, there must either be no insulation here, or the cable runs must be cut out.
With the Neo garden shed, you can decide during assembly whether to attach the outlets for roof drainage on both sides at the front or back. The structure is then modified accordingly, so that there is a slope towards the outlets. The supplied rainwater downpipes are then fitted at these outlets.
The hose connection option is not available with this garden shed. If you want to direct the water further away, you could attach a Polo-kal pipe (PVC pipe, 5 cm in diameter) to the end of the outlet elbow.
The dimensions of the rainwater downpipe outlet elbow are 4.4 x 4.4 cm.
Please prepare the power supply when creating the foundation. Alternatively, a cable can be run through the corner joint of the floor frame and moved to the desired position between the panel and the top profile.
The side canopy can only be attached to the side with the integrated gutter. This means that no more than one side canopy can be fitted on the left and on the right.
It is not technically possible to install a side canopy from other shed sizes, so you must always order the size of side canopy that corresponds to the garden shed.
Since 2022, a narrow side canopy for each size of garden shed has also been available to all those who prefer a smaller version of the extension:
S: 414 cm
L: 548 cm
The BikeLift can be used for various wheel types, including e-bikes. But please note the following dimensions:
Max. tyre width: 77 mm
Max. front tyre diameter: 74 cm (29")
Max. weight: 30 kg
The end of the back mudguard or luggage carrier should not protrude beyond the tyre:
The BikeLift can be mounted on a covered building wall (brickwork, concrete, wood) in just a few easy steps, or installed with a suspension rail in a Biohort garden shed. Enough space must be allowed when using the swivel mount.
Let us know which variant you require when you order!
*Europa garden shed:
Please make sure that you fit the BikeLift at the highest point in the Europa garden shed (centrally on the back wall). If you want to attach several BikeLifts, please note that the size and length of the bicycles must not exceed the lowest interior clearance height, less 15 cm (for safety).
A padlock (with a combination lock) is among the items supplied. The holes for attaching it are already pre-drilled. For safety reasons, this must be attached if the BikeLift is not being used.
If there is no bicycle hooked into the BikeLift, it must be locked at the bottom with the padlock. This stops the carriage suddenly moving upwards if unintentionally activated. Attention: Risk of injury!
Basically yes, but please ensure that the rear tyre of each bicycle is always on the ground.
Our 20-year guarantee offers protection against corrosion of metal parts and for defective or unusable parts. The following are not covered by the guarantee: transport damage (the shipping company is liable for this damage), damage due to faulty foundations and/or aggressive environmental conditions (due to chlorine, salt, acid, etc.,) and indirect or consequential damage. Only the statutory 24-month warranty period applies for wear, moving parts, colour changes, and electrical, plastic and rubber parts. Details of our guarantee conditions can be found here.
Electrical installations (such as lighting and power supply, etc.) are generally permitted. Please note that such installations should only be carried out by a licensed specialist. An appropriate power cable should be considered when laying the foundation.
If this is not done and a cable has to be retrofitted, the cable can be laid into the shed through the front, semi-circular corner cladding (Panorama, AvantGarde and Highline Garden Sheds).
Retrofitting is not possible with the Neo and Europa Garden Sheds or the CasaNova Outbuilding. Please ensure that you plan for a power supply when laying the foundation. If this is not done and a line has to be retrofitted, either the floor frame or a wall panel will have to be drilled in order to bring the cable into the shed or outbuilding. Please note that this will invalidate the guarantee.
With the MiniGarage, the power cable can be pulled through one of the rear corner claddings as there is a small perforation in each corner (bottom). The HighBoard 200 has perforations in the floor and within the back wall. These can be pressed-in to insert the cables. We offer an electric mounting panel for the straightforward installation of switches, sockets and the like in the Garden Sheds, Equipment Locker, MiniGarage and the HighBoard 200.
The Equipment Locker (from size 150) and the Europa garden shed are available only with a double door.
Biohort products are available in the colours specified. Special paint finishes are not available due to serial production.
Please note that independent recolouring/repainting the products will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.
Yes the aluminium floor panels can be easily retrofitted. However, the aluminium floor frame is essential. We recommend underlying the aluminium floor panels with XPS hard foam panels 2-3 cm thick.
Biohort products are made from high-quality steel plate and aluminium, and are therefore 99% recyclable.
Replacement keys for the stainless steel door handle with standard cylinder lock (CasaNova, Neo, Panorama, HighLine, AvantGarde from the 2016 model onwards) can be ordered from a locksmith on presentation of the original key. Please therefore keep one of the three keys supplied in a safe place. If a key is no longer held in stock, the integrated cylinder must be drilled.
Keys for the T-handle cylinder lock or T-bar cylinder lock (Europa Garden Shed, Equipment Locker, Romeo Patio Locker, MiniGarage, WoodStock, StoreMax, HighBoard, LoungeBox, LeisureTime Box, Alex) can be reordered through the company Carney in Germany. The lock number (engraved on the lock) must be stated.
