Perfect floor for solid surfaces
The Biohort SmartBase foundation is the ideal foundation for uneven concrete or paved areas. It consists of high-quality aluminium floor boards, a special foundation frame and height-adjustable feet, thus easily compensating for slight ground irregularities of up to 1.5".

Standard equipment:

Assembly time: 1 – 2 hours when working in twos (depending on experience and product)
Tools (not supplied): level, drill, drill bit Ø 10 mm, open-end wrenches, sizes 13 and 24
1. Assemble frame
2. Attach adjustable feet and align frame
3. Bolt adjustable feet to the subsurface
4. Secure aluminium floor boards
SmartBasePLUS
Ideal floor for slopes and lawns
Unlike the SmartBase foundation, the patented SmartBasePLUS system includes ground screws instead of adjustable feet. These are screwed directly into the ground and can compensate for slopes of up to 5.9" (extensions are available on request for greater height differences). The soil should be compact and free of large stones.

Tools (not supplied): hammer drill, drill bit Ø 40" x 570 mm", level, drill, open-ended wrenches, sizes 13 and 24, shovel
1. Prepare assembly site
2. Insert ground screws:
Pre-drill holes with impact power drill and insert ground screws with tool supplied.
3. Connect the mounting plates:
Connect the mounting plates to the ground screws and level with spirit level.
4., 5., 6. Fasten frame and aluminium floor boards:
Position frame and cross members and fix with fastening material. Insert aluminium floor boards and secure.
